August 20, 2009 0 CommentsWe were down in Mexico for 10 days, so I didn't get to bike OR run! Bummer. But I am hoping that my achille's tendon will be feeling better on my first workout, tomorrow.
We were down in Mexico for 10 days, so I didn't get to bike OR run! Bummer. But I am hoping that my achille's tendon will be feeling better on my first workout, tomorrow.
As I mentioned before, I have been trying to make it to the top
of the a local "hill". The climb is about 900 ft in 2.5 miles.
Pretty hard for a beginning, even though I am in pretty good shape.
Twice now, I have just run out of poop with less than 150 yards to
go -- it's just too steep at the very end near the water
tower.
I definitely burn up the breaks on the way down!
