I bought one of these (mine looks a little different) and used a
hose-clamp to hold it on my Avinir floor-pump's hose - seven years
ago.
I use it for Presta, only, but it has served my friends and I well
right before many mountain biking and road biking treks.

I had a great old Silca track pump but it was impossible to find more neoprene inserts for the tiny pump head it came with that they probably discontinued more than 15 years ago. So I bought this pump head and I'm glad I did. It updates the pump and is such a pleasure to use. When you're looking for something designed to last forever (well, at least until you can't get the rubber inserts anymore) here is your pump head.
